Thick curd - 1cup
onion -2 tsp chopped
tomato - 1 tsp chopped
cucumber 2 tsp chopped
carrot grated -2 tsp
coriander leaves -1tsp chopped
salt - to taste
METHOD:
Whip curd for 10 seconds.
In a bowl add all the ingredients and curd. Mix well.
Check salt.Keep it in fridge.
Serve chilled with briyani .
