Delicious Oatmeal

These are foods that change your life .Increases your fills and warms you.Such a wonderful dish for weight watchers also.It is as simple as its qualities.You can mix  fruits  of your choice.

Oats - 1/2 cup
Fat free milk- 1cup
strawberries- 3
apple- 1/4 cup chopped


Method:
Boil milk in a pan. When it boils add oats .
Reduce heat  to low .
Cover and cook for a minute.
Put it off.Allow it to cool.
Mix fruits and enjoy!
